Laboratory Registration 實驗室註冊
- Lab Registration and Check Out Procedure
- 除了遵從校內正常註冊報到程序外,若使用ICMS實驗室必須通過ICMS實驗室註冊。
- 實驗室註冊遵循以下步驟, 並在LMIS系統完成。
- 實驗室固定每年八月底/九月初舉辦統一實驗室安全培訓並需通過筆試,合格者才可註冊成 正式使用者 FULL USER。如申請者在年度其他時間註冊,只能註冊成 臨時使用者 TEMPORARY USER,直至通過安全培訓及考核者才可轉為 正式使用者 FULL USER。
- 臨時使用者 TEMPORARY USER 身份不能申領實驗室資源和預約儀器,也沒有門禁權限,必須接受安全培訓及通過考核後轉為 正式使用者 FULL USER後才可開通。
- 曾經是 正式使用者 FULL USER 的用戶,畢業時已辦理註銷手續,但身份改變而重新進入本學院時,需要重新註冊LIMS新帳號,並重新簽署聲明書 (Laboratory Safety Declaration Form)。
- New comers not only should follow the regular Check-In/Registration procedures in the University, but also go through ICMS Laboratory Check-In/Registration procedure to become laboratory users.
- ICMS laboratory check-in/registration procedures can be completed in LMIS system.
- ICMS annual laboratory safety training which usually takes place in late August/early September every year. Only those who completed the ICMS annual laboratory safety training and passes the examination, are competent to be registered as FULL USER. If applicants register at any other time over the year, he/she may only be registered as TEMPORARY USER until ICMS annual laboratory safety training period.
- Applying & Collecting Lab Resources, Equipment Training & Booking, and Access Right for Entrances are UNAVAILABLE for TEMPORARY USERS until they received and passed the Lab Safety Training Program to upgrade as FULL USERS.
- Fomer FULL USER who has completed the check-out procedures upon graduation or resignation, should register a new LIMS account when he/she enters ICMS again with a new identity. A Laboratory Safety Declaration Form should also be submitted.
